6 Month Warranty:

Accidents happen, we get that! Your shades are covered for 6 months after purchase!

To claim a replacement, simply send an email to hello@detoursunglasses.com with the order number and photo of the damaged product.

Customers are limited to one free warranty replacement per pair.

What’s not covered:

  • Lens scratches
  • Lost or stolen sunglasses

 

Unlimited LIFETIME $25 Replacements

Lifetime Replacements is included with all sunglasses purchases and gets you $25 replacements for life on sunglasses! If your sunglasses are lost, broken, damaged, or stolen, you can get a new pair for only $25, including shipping.

Lifetime = Your lifetime.

Unlimited = Get a replacement as many times as you need.

Use it 2 weeks after purchase, 2 months, 20 years, or all of the above!

Lifetime Warranty replacements for international orders will be discounted to $25 USD, which will be converted to the equivalent amount in your local currency.

To request a replacement just shoot us an email at replacement@detoursunglasses.com with the name of the sunglasses you need replaced and the original order number if possible.

We will email you an invoice for the replacement, typically within 1–2 business days.

Lifetime $25 Replacements can only be used on the exact same pair of sunglasses originally purchased.

DISCLAIMER: The Replacement Plan is for personal use only and cannot be used for resale. If we determine you are abusing the program your warranty can be revoked or denied. The replacement pair must be the exact pair originally purchased. If unavailable, the closest match will be provided. Valid only on sunglasses and blue light blockers. Goggles, accessories, and other merchandise are excluded. Detour reserves the right to adjust the program at any time.

 

Snow and Moto Goggles:

All our goggles are backed by an industry-leading LIFETIME warranty against defects in workmanship and manufacturer materials. This warranty does not protect against improper use, improper repair, or scratched lenses.

If you need to file a warranty claim please send an email to hello@detoursunglasses.com with a picture of the issue. We typically respond within 1 business day.
