6-Month Warranty:

Accidents happen, we get that! Your shades are covered for 6 months after purchase. Customers are limited to one free warranty replacement per pair.

This does not cover:

  • Scratched lenses

  • Lost or stolen sunglasses

To claim a replacement, email replacement@detoursunglasses.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damage

We’ll email you an invoice within 1 business day.

 

Lifetime Replacement Warranty ($25 Replacement)

The Lifetime Replacement Warranty is automatically included with all sunglasses purchases and gets you $25 replacements FOR LIFE on sunglasses! If your sunglasses are lost, broken, damaged, or stolen, you can get a new pair for only $25, including shipping.

Lifetime = Your lifetime. 

Unlimited = Get a replacement as many times as you need. 

Use it 2 weeks after purchase, 2 months, 20 years, or all of the above! 

To claim a replacement, email replacement@detoursunglasses.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The name of the sunglasses you would like to replace

We’ll email you an invoice within 1-2 business days. 

International orders:

  • Lifetime replacements for international customers are $25 USD, converted to your local currency at checkout.

Key Details: 

  • Applies to sunglasses and blue light blockers only - accessories and other merchandise are not covered under warranty. 

  • Lifetime Warranty replacements can only be redeemed for the exact same style and color originally purchased.

DISCLAIMER: The Replacement Plan is for personal use only and cannot be used for resale. If we determine you are abusing the program your warranty can be revoked or denied. The replacement pair you request must be the same exact pair that was purchased. If that pair is no longer available the next closest match will be given. This is valid only on sunglasses and blue light blockers. Goggles, accessories and other merchandise are excluded from the Lifetime Replacement program. Detour reserves the right to make adjustments to the program at any time.

 

Snow & Moto Goggle Warranty

All snow and moto goggles are backed by an industry-leading LIFETIME warranty against defects in workmanship and manufacturer materials.

This warranty does not protect against:

  • Improper use

  • Improper repair 

  • Scratched lenses

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damage

We will get back to you within 1-2 business day.

 

Replacement Lenses

Replacement lenses are sold separately on our website. If your sunglasses were purchased less than 1 year ago, email replacement@detoursunglasses.com and include your order number along with a photo of the damaged lenses.
