We know buying sunglasses online without trying them on can feel risky — that’s why we offer FREE return shipping on US returns and exchanges.

Holiday note: Orders placed in November & December are eligible for extended returns through January 15th.
Eligibility & Conditions
All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:

Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase

Items must be returned clean and in new condition

Items returned used, damaged, or incomplete may not qualify for a full refund

Snow products: If the inner plastic lens protector has been removed, a 15% restocking fee will apply
Processing & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days of being received at our warehouse

Refunds are issued immediately once processed, but may take 1–5 business days to appear depending on your bank

If a discount code was used, refunds will be prorated

Exchanges for items of equal value are free
Wrong, Missing, or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or believe your order is missing something, do not use the return portal.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Use the cancellation option in your order confirmation email or email hello@detoursunglasses.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Final Sale Items
All flash sales, blowout sales, and end-of-season sales over 35% off are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
International Returns & Exchanges
Free return shipping applies only to US orders. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders.
